If you are planning to attend World Wide Conference, please register as soon as possible. There are still a few rooms available. Likewise, if you need to make any changes or cancellations, please do so right away. Note the Cancellation Policy below.

You will receive individual email confirmations for yourself and each additional person that you register. Please check the Frequently Asked Questions page if you have questions about registration.

Registration Pricing

* Adults (single room) refers to adults coming to conference alone who would prefer to stay in a room by themselves instead of having a roommate. Since accommodations are based on double room occupancy (minimum two adults/room), those wishing to room alone must cover the full cost of the double occupancy room.

Cancellation Policy

The last day to cancel your registration without a fee being imposed is May 17th, 2010. Below are the details of the conference cancellation policy:

• If you cancel less than 60 days prior (approx. May 18) you will be responsible for 50% of the conference fee.
• If you cancel less than 30 days prior (aprrox. June 18) you will be responsible for 100% of the conference fee.

Cancellations inside of these dates due to a death in the family or a serious life-threatening illness will not be penalized. Other exceptions to this policy may be made on a case by case basis.
