Dave Miles

Dave is the team leader for reTurn, a ministry of CRM-US. reTurn creates pathways of hope and reconciliation for churches in transition or crisis.

Dave and the reTurn team work with leaders to bring about genuine transformation and health to churches in North America. They have done various kinds of intervention and intentional interim work in dozens of churches around the US. Combined, the team has worked on 46 church diagnostics and 19 intentional interim pastorates.

Dave brings a variety of pastoral experiences to bear on his ministry, including work as an associate pastor in a large urban church, as a church planting team member, and as the lead pastor or team member in a variety of interim pastor situations.

Dave pioneered and developed the CRM-US church intervention training, called reTurn. Dave’s first major publication, reTurn Resource Kit, was published by ChurchSmart in 2005. He holds a Th.M. from Dallas Seminary and a D.Min from Fuller Seminary.

He and his wife Janet (married 30 yrs and pictured above) live in Queens, NYC.  They have three young adult children, two sons-in-law, and two grandchildren.

Dave loves to read, surf and run marathons.
