Staying After Conference
If you would like to stay on and enjoy the Pelangi beach property after the conference ends, below are some important details to understand.
- The discounted rate is RM 407 per night, per room (approximately $115.33 US as of Sept 1, 2009). This rate includes breakfast for two.
- To make reservations, contact the property directly at the Kuala Lumpur Sales Office by calling (603) 2148 9823 or faxing (603) 2141 7832. You can also email the sales manager, Loh Kok Jin, at lohkokjin@meritus-hotels.com. Identify yourself as a member of the CRM conference in order to receive the discounted rate.
CRM will not be involved in the billing process for these extra stays. You will pay the property directly upon check out.

After months researching, investigating, visiting, discussing, negotiating and praying, we are very excited to announce that we landed on what we believe will be a great location for the 2010 World Wide Conference: the beautiful Pelangi Beach in Langkawi, Malaysia.
This conference site is a fantastic value and, I can say with confidence, a location that God led us to. As a country, Malaysia boasts of having hundreds of islands. Langkawi, located in the state of Kedah, is part of an archipelago of 99 spectacular islands on the Andaman Seas.
You may be wondering why we chose this type of property.
We are a growing organization, and our size limits the options we can consider. The location came down to a choice between a large city-based hotel with a convention center or a resort-type property.
The highest value in coming together for a World Wide Conference is the ability to connect with one another. That is why we chose Pelangi Beach – it is a site that offers us the space and environment to connect, experience God together, vision and dream together, and where our children can do activities together.
